Jagiellonia Białystok

Bartłomiej Drągowski made his professional debut for Jagiellonia Białystok in the Ekstraklasa league on 27 May 2014, impressively at just 16 years old, in a 4–4 draw against Korona Kielce. His outstanding performance quickly established him as a prominent goalkeeper, leading to him being named the league's Best Goalkeeper, Discovery of the Season, and third-best player overall during that period. While his league appearances in the first season were limited, with his sole appearance being a 2–2 draw with Pescara on the final day of the campaign, his potential remained evident.

Loan to Empoli

In January 2019, Drągowski was loaned to Empoli. His tenure at Empoli is particularly remembered for a record-breaking performance on 15 April 2019, where he made 17 saves in a match against Atalanta, a new Serie A record for saves in a match.

Drągowski joined Spezia in Serie A with a three-year contract on 10 August 2022. On 19 January 2024, he progressed in his career by going on loan to Greek club Panathinaikos, a move that included an option to make the transfer permanent.
