The highly-anticipated bout between former world champion Mike Tyson and YouTuber Jake Paul has been rescheduled for November 15, according to a press release from Most Value Promotions this Friday.

Tyson's Health Setback and Recovery

The fight, initially set for July 20, had to be postponed due to Tyson suffering from an ulcer. Medical experts advised 'Iron Mike' to avoid intense physical training for several weeks to recover. Tyson, considered one of the greatest heavyweight boxers in history, expressed his gratitude to the medical staff and remained confident about the outcome of the fight.

"I will resume training shortly. I'm thankful to the medical team who treated me. What won't change is the result of the fight—Jake Paul will be knocked out," Tyson stated in Friday's announcement.

Venue and Broadcast Details

The professional bout will still take place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and will be broadcast live on the video-on-demand platform, Netflix. This venue is known for hosting major sporting events and is expected to be a fitting stage for this clash of generations.

Fighter Records and Expectations

Jake Paul, at 27, holds a record of nine wins, six by knockout, and one loss. However, this pales in comparison to Tyson's legendary career, boasting 50 wins, 44 by knockout, and only six losses at 57 years old.

Co-Main Event: Serrano vs Taylor

Most Value Promotions also revealed that the co-main event will feature a rematch between Puerto Rican Amanda Serrano and Irish Katie Taylor for the super lightweight titles. Their previous encounter on April 30, 2022, saw Taylor narrowly defeating Serrano by decision, in a match that set a record for the largest purse in women's boxing history.

This event promises to be a night of high drama and intense action, with both main and co-main events featuring some of the biggest names in the sport. Fans are eagerly awaiting November 15, as anticipation builds for what could be a historic evening in boxing.
