The champions dominated the decisive match with set scores of 25-22, 25-20, and 25-21 in front of an enthusiastic crowd of 5,344 fans.
The triumph marks Conegliano's 28th overall trophy, highlighting their continued excellence under head coach Daniele Santarelli. Swedish star Isabelle Haak led the scoring charge with an impressive 22 points, while Brazilian outside hitter Gabriela Guimaraes earned MVP honors with a 16-point contribution.
Despite Milano's valiant efforts, led by Italian national team opposite Paola Egonu's 18 points, they struggled to penetrate Conegliano's disciplined defensive system.
